The location is a major win, just a quick 3-minute stroll from the station, which makes traveling a breeze! I loved having access to nearby shops and restaurants, so grabbing a meal or souvenir was super easy. The staff were friendly and my check-in process was smooth, which made for a good first impression.
My room had some cleanliness issues that really took away from the experience. There was hair in the hallway and bathroom, and it seemed like the cleaning was rushed. The furniture was stained and the pillows were uncomfortable. the room just felt a bit neglected and in need of an upgrade!
